What tailoring services do you provide?
Custom tailoring, garment alterations, bridal wear, evening gowns, abayas, uniforms, bespoke suits, repairs, and modifications.

What if I cancel or reschedule?
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled at no extra charge. Advance notice requested.

Do you offer home pickup and delivery?
Yes. Pickup & delivery available across selected areas in Dubai.

How do I book a pickup for alterations?
Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or online booking form to schedule a pickup.

Is there a pickup and delivery fee?
FREE above AED 500. AED 100 for orders below AED 500.

How long do alterations take?
Standard turnaround: 3–4 working days depending on the garment.

Can I request urgent or express service?
Yes. 24-hour Express Service with 50% additional charge.

Do you provide fabrics?
Bring your own, or we’ll guide you in selecting quality fabrics.

Do you produce uniforms?
Yes. Hotels, restaurants, schools, healthcare, salons, retail, offices, corporate.

Yes. We alter all brands — dresses, suits, abayas, uniforms, bridal wear.

Yes. 6-Month Fit Guarantee. Free minor alterations within 6 months. T&C apply.
